Job Title: Sales Administrator / Receptionist

Reporting to: Sales Management

Location: Watford, UK

We have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our new Car Supermarket based in Watford (stocking 1500+ pre owned vehicles). We are looking for a highly organised, collaborative and flexible person to be part of our team.

The ideal candidate will be someone who loves systems, customer service skills, excellent written and organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

What will you be doing?

  • Handle inbound and outbound email/phone enquiries and direct customers to the relevant teams
  • Ensure accurate records for parts, service and sales are kept and updated in a timely manner
  • Ensure vehicle documents are scanned on our system for sales team and customers
  • Process customer documents and transfer v5 ownership on sold vehicles
  • Liaise with the sales team to ensure sales diaries are accurate and up to date
  • Maintaining the appearance of the sales floor(s), reception, kitchen, and any customer facing sections of the building (excluding the toilets). However, you are to direct the relevant cleaners in the event of the toilets requiring a clean
  • Loading warranties/smartguard policies and all other required sales add-ons
  • Ensure vehicle data is inputted accurately and entirely

  • Monday - Friday
  • Working hours: 08:45 - 18:00 or 11:45 -21:00

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Watford, WD3 3RT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
