Role

As the Showroom / Store Manager, your mission is to coordinate events alongside the Country Manager and Account Managers by managing your operations team, which ranges from 30 to 100 employees weekly, depending on the event. As a true Arlettie ambassador, your goal is to ensure the success of each event in terms of sales and both B2B and B2C customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Team Management and Leadership: Lead a team of Showroom Assistants, Inventory Managers, and Cashier Managers, who supervise teams of Helpers, Stock Managers, Sales Advisors, and Cashiers. Coach, train, and motivate them daily, ensuring they understand our brand partners\' requirements.

  • Assist Showroom Assistants in supervising their teams: position allocation, offer briefings, break management, etc.

  • Prepare and organize team briefings before each sale, covering the offer specifics, daily and weekly sales targets, and strategies to achieve them.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to evaluate permanent and temporary employees.

  • Achieving Business Objectives: Develop and optimize sales based on daily objectives by monitoring commercial indicators.

  • Relay customer feedback to the sales team to maximize sales.

  • Be proactive in suggesting improvements to enhance showroom performance (e.g., merchandising adjustments).

  • Sales Report Preparation: Supervise and validate incoming and outgoing inventories.

  • Analyze event KPIs and identify areas for improvement for future events.

  • Prepare weekly sales reports on the quantitative and qualitative aspects of each event.

  • Showroom Operations: Coordinate product reception, inventory, and merchandising before each sale according to specific plans.

  • Maintain shelves during sales, ensuring merchandising standards and stock replenishment.

  • Welcome, inform, and advise customers, acting as a true ambassador for the Arlettie brand.

  • Coordinate the repackaging of collections post-sale according to brand specifications.

  • A true entrepreneur at heart, you are responsible for the sales and customer experience of each sale assigned to you. You must effectively manage sales execution and handle event-specific emergencies.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of successful experience in similar roles within the fashion and luxury sectors, particularly in boutiques/stores with high customer flow (outlet boutiques and/or mass market stores).

  • Proficient in management and team leadership techniques. Hands-on involvement in showroom operations is a must.

  • Welcoming and attentive, with strong diplomacy and adaptability skills.

  • Ability to handle stress and adhere to rules and processes.

  • Enjoy teamwork and have a strong sense of mutual assistance.

  • Positive, dynamic, enthusiastic, and personable.
