My client is looking for a Showroom Manager to take ownership of their Leicester bathroom showroom. This standalone showroom focuses exclusively on bathrooms and operates independently from the main merchant. The role involves leading a small team of two bathroom designers. You will be responsible for driving sales to both retail and trade clients, maintaining excellent standards across the showroom, and managing the day-to-day operations including staff scheduling and rotating weekend coverage. This is a hands-on position where you will engage directly with customers while leading your team to deliver exceptional results.
