With occasional travel to Leicester, this is a rare opportunity shape a showroom’s success from day one. Bringing passion for interior design into this role, you’ll need to be an enthusiastic team player with a commercially driven mind. Whilst no two days will look the same in this role, the Showroom Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing and motivating the tight-knit Sales team to achieve business targets
  • Organising and overseeing the busy showroom diary and online appointments
  • Updating the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity
  • Welcoming customers to the showroom and building relationships with clients
  • Providing expert advice on suitability, sizing, and pricing

What’s on offer

  • An annual salary of up to £35,000
  • Full time, permanent contract
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Monday to Sunday hours, on a rota basis, 2 days off per week
