Showroom Manager Opportunity – Full-Time, Manchester – Competitive basic + Commission

Are you passionate about design, customer service, and leadership? We are seeking a driven and dynamic Showroom Manager to join our Manchester showroom, working with a leading innovator in tile, kitchen, and bath solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate an efficient and profitable showroom by adhering to corporate procedures, policies, and standards.
  2. Assist in setting and achieving individual and team targets aligned with overall sales objectives of the area and region.
  3. Maintain the showroom layout, merchandising, and appearance to showcase products effectively while reflecting the company's heritage, style, and cultural inspiration.
  4. Ensure the showroom is adequately staffed to meet service expectations and that customers and visitors are greeted promptly.
  5. Maintain staff knowledge through training to ensure the team stays up-to-date with current products and sales literature.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience managing or supervising a team within luxury, accessories, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle environments.
  • Retail experience with face-to-face customer interactions.
  • Understanding of KPIs related to sales and operations.
  • Passion for visual merchandising and maintaining high store standards.
  • Strong customer service skills and enjoyment of working on the shop floor.
  • Excellent management skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
