What does the job of the Showroom Host/Receptionist entail?

1. Handle incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
2. Book appointments and handle customer requests for accident cover, retail, and warranty.
3. Provide a pleasant and courteous welcome to all customers and visitors, promoting the professional image of the company.
4. Answer internal and external calls swiftly and direct them effectively.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry guidelines.
