H.R. Owen, the UK’s leading luxury automotive dealer group, is seeking a Showroom Host to work with Lotus Hatfield. We’re looking for someone who is committed to delivering the highest level of customer service. The cars we sell are meticulously engineered, and our customers expect a seamless and enjoyable sales experience.

The Showroom Host will act as an ambassador for H.R. Owen Lotus Hatfield, assisting the Sales Manager and serving as a friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for all walk-in customers. You should be able to nurture relationships and develop a comprehensive understanding of the brand and vehicle lineup.

The ideal candidate:

1. Has previous customer service and administration experience, preferably within the motor industry.
2. Can take ownership of their role, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and find innovative solutions.
3. Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
4. Delivers excellent customer service while supporting the commercial success of the business.
5. Has a passion for the luxury industry, recognizes excellence, and has basic knowledge of the brands H.R. Owen works with.
6. Is confident and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
7. Possesses outstanding interpersonal skills, communicating effectively across all levels of the company.
