Job description

LSH Auto is currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused Showroom Host to join our team at our dealership in Stockport. As a Showroom Host, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service.

Hours - 40

Up to £12.21 per hour depending on age

Your main responsibilities will include greeting customers, answering inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate department or individual. You will also provide information about our products and services, assist in hosting events, and ensure a clean and organised showroom environment.

We are looking for someone with previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a friendly and approachable demeanour. The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment is also important for success in this role.
