BlueGiraffe is seeking a Customer Experience Host in Milton Keynes. You will welcome visitors, guide showroom tours and deliver engaging product demonstrations. The role focuses on creating memorable client experiences and building lasting relationships.

As the face of the brand, you’ll entertain clients, represent the company at events, and manage related administrative tasks such as arranging travel and bookings. A people-person with energy and organisational skills will thrive here.

Customer Experience Host

Location: Milton Keynes

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

The Opportunity

This is a genuinely one-of-a-kind role with a market leader in the kitchen and furniture industry. As Customer Experience Host, you'll be the face of the business, making sure every client who walks through the doors leaves with a great impression of the brand.

What You'll Be Doing

• Hosting and guiding clients on tours of the showroom
• Entertaining clients and building lasting relationships
• Delivering presentations and product demonstrations
• Representing the company at industry events and trade shows
• Handling the admin behind the scenes, from booking client hotels and travel to coordinating visits
