Overview

LSH Auto is looking for an enthusiastic Showroom Host to join our vibrant team at our dealership in Solihull. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued as soon as they enter our showroom.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers, answer their questions, and guide them to the appropriate departments or staff members.
  • Maintain the showroom's ambiance, assist in hosting events, and handle refreshments for clients.
  • Support the delivery of a premium experience as part of the showroom team.
Hours and Salary

Hours: 40

Salary: £25,400

Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly, approachable personality
  • Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic IT competency for managing customer interactions
