Job summary

Floorstore Group is seeking an energetic Retail Sales Consultant to join our Wakefield showroom. You’ll be the first face customers see, helping them choose flooring, beds and accessories for their homes with a consultative, product‑driven approach.

You’ll work with a high‑performing team and benefit from an uncapped commission scheme, a company pension and life insurance. Strong performers are recognised and rewarded for hitting personal and team KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing sales role, ideally flooring or another consultative sector.
• Confident using sales models and processes to hit targets.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport.
• A track record of working in and contributing to a high performing team.
• Consistent history of hitting personal and team KPIs.
• Up to date knowledge of the flooring industry and awareness of competitors.
