B&Q Southport is hiring a Showroom Advisor on a part-time basis (18 hours per week) for a 3-month fixed-term contract. The role offers a competitive salary (£14.10 per hour / £26,945 FTE) with individual bonuses up to £250 per quarter for meeting targets and additional team incentives, plus a £3,000 award for the highest performing 3–5% of colleagues.
