We are currently seeking an experienced Shot Blaster with a valid FLT (Forklift Truck) license to join a busy and expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced industrial environment, preparing components for finishing and coatings.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform shot blasting on metal surfaces to remove rust, scale, and old coatings

Operate and maintain blasting equipment safely and efficiently

Load and unload materials using a forklift (Counterbalance/Reach, depending on site needs)

Follow strict health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE

Support general workshop duties as required

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in shot blasting or similar surface prep role

Valid and in-date FLT license

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good awareness of health and safety practices

Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
