Precision People are recruiting for a Shot Blaster role in Derby (DE11). The position involves shotblasting large panels and powder coating work, with training provided for the right candidate. You will hold a valid national FLT licence and a full UK driving licence is advantageous.

Immediate start and a long-term opportunity with an established business are on offer, with overtime paid at a premium. The role requires high attention to detail and a strong team ethic to help meet production

Qualifications

• Previous Shotblasting experience is essential.
• Valid national FLT Licence.
• A full UK driving licence would be an advantage.
• Previous powder coating experience is desired but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and reliable with strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Shotblasting large panels
• Powder coating; training can be provided for the right candidate
• FLT Driving - Moving parts to and from the paint shop
• Working to a high standard of quality
• Supporting the team to meet production targets
• Keeping your work area clean and organised
