Job summary

Private Chef Required – Christmas Period- Oxford. We are looking for an experienced Private Chef to cater for a private household over the Christmas period, in Oxford. The chef will be required from 21st to 24th December, preparing light lunches and dinners for between 11 and 15 guests each day.

• Rates: 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th and 26th December £350–£450 per day for the chef; assistant £250–£300 per day.
• Christmas Day rate: £700–£900 per day for the chef; assistant £500–£600 per day.
• Enhanced DBS is required.

We are looking for an experienced Private Chef to cater for a private household over the Christmas period, in Oxford.

The chef will be required from 21st to 24th December, preparing light lunches and dinners for between 11 and 15 guests each day.

On 25th December, the requirement will be for a Christmas lunch for approximately 30 guests, followed by a light dinner for 11–15 guests. Due to the larger number of guests on Christmas Day, an additional chef or assistant will be required.

On 26th December, the chef will prepare brunch for approximately 11–15 guests.

For the 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th and 26th December, the rate will be £350–£450 per day for the chef, with an assistant paid at £250–£300 per day.

For the Christmas Day the rate will be double, £700- £900 day for the chef, with an assistant paid at £500–£600 per day.

We are looking for a chef who is experienced in private households, confident catering for larger groups and comfortable working alongside an additional chef or assistant. The successful candidate should be organised, flexible and able to deliver a high-quality, seamless service throughout the busy Christmas period. You will also need to have an enhanced DBS
