Short Term Chef Job in Sevenoaks, Kent.

A lovely client of Greycoat Lumleys would like a chef to work during the shooting season from October for 4 months

The details:

• 2 days per week cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner

• Always one Saturday and one other day during the week (the exact dates will be confirmed end of June)

• Pheasant/partridge shoot - experience with game cookery and butchery desirable

• It will be a total of 40-45 days over the season

• Cooking for a minimum of 12 and maximum of18 guests, breakfast, lunch and dinner

• Guests arrive at 08:30 each day

• The same chef must be available for the full season to create consistency

• Location - Sevenoaks, no accommodation provided

• Rate £350-£400 per day

• You must have an enhanced DBS within the last year to apply for this role
