About the Role
As the Short Order Coordination Team Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Short Order coordination function. Your key responsibilities will include managing customer requests, internal escalations, and project bookings with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. Acting as a vital communication bridge between Engagement Managers, consultants, developers, and coordinators, you will ensure the smooth flow of information and seamless service delivery. Reporting directly to SO Management, you will regularly update on team performance, implement process improvements, and mitigate any operational risks.You will be responsible for reporting on Jobs and Incidents based on their status and if they are in budget.

  • Proven experience in managing and leading operational teams, ideally within a coordination or customer service environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • A solutions-focused mindset, with a keen eye for process improvement and the ability to adapt to changing operational demands.
  • High standards of service delivery, with a commitment to maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Ability to lead by example, providing guidance and support to your team to ensure high levels of performance and morale.
