Job description

We are looking to recruit Short Breaks Crew to join our Children’s Team at Weymouth Outdoor Education Centre. Your role is to support children and young people with additional emotional needs and disabilities, as well as their siblings, during various activities. Ensure positive outcomes and the safety, health, and wellbeing of the children and young people using Children’s Services.

Responsibilities:
  1. Take responsibility for a child during sessions, working as part of a team for the care and oversight of others.
  2. Follow each individual child or young person’s care plan and contribute to their development.
  3. Assist children or young people with eating, drinking, and maintaining their nutritional needs.
