A caring charity organization is seeking a Short Breaks Crew member to support children and young people with emotional needs in Hurn. The role involves ensuring their safety, health, and wellbeing during play activities. Ideal candidates should possess empathy, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safeguarding. We are looking to recruit Short Breaks Crew to join our Children’s Team across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, including our main venue, The Treehouse, in Hurn. Your role is to support more complex children and young people with additional emotional needs and disabilities and their siblings in their play at a variety of activities and to ensure positive outcomes and the continual safety, health, and wellbeing of the children and young people using Children’s Services.
