About The Role

We’re looking for passionate people to join our Butlin’s Team in our Shops & Bars department.

Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us. No experience is necessary, and we will provide all the training you need.

Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in. You will work in various venues, including our toy shop, souvenir shop, merchandise shops, and outlet selling. Your duties will include serving guests, processing payments, re-stocking shelves, and putting away deliveries. You will also work in our bars within six entertainment venues on our family and big weekender breaks, serving drinks, snacks, and cocktails, clearing tables, resetting furniture, and adhering to all food safety and health & safety policies.

Typical working hours are around 35 hours per week, across 5 days out of 7, with shifts between 8 am and 3 am.

About You

No experience is required to join our team. If you have a warm, friendly manner and enjoy chatting with people, we can teach you the ins and outs of the job. If you have previous experience, we would love to hear from you too.

Being a great team player and enjoying a busy environment are essential. No day is the same here, so you should be open to trying new things and talking to different people.

You must be aged 18 or over for this role due to licensing requirements. Live-in accommodation may be available for those relocating.
