Job Description:

The Role

We're looking for a Shopping Experience Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract, reporting into the Manager of Shopping Experience, to lead the development and delivery of impactful Point of Sale (POS) and omni-channel experiences that bring our off-price model to life. You'll be at the heart of how our customers experience TK Maxx and HomeSense - from signage and messaging to digital touchpoints - ensuring everything we do is on-brand, commercially effective, and customer-first.

You'll manage cross-functional projects, working closely with Store Design, Marketing, Ecommerce, and external agencies to deliver creative solutions that support trading initiatives. From concept to execution, you'll drive innovation, test new ideas, and use insights to continuously improve how we show up in-store and online.
