Job Description:
The Role:
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, reporting to the Manager of Shopping Experience. The Shopping Experience Manager’s role is vital for the smooth operation of the department, focusing on delivering the best possible off-price and omni-channel experience both in-store and online.
This role involves cross-functional collaboration to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions supporting trade initiatives across the business. Strong influencing, communication, and presentation skills are essential for engaging stakeholders and developing external agency relationships.
The role requires understanding signage and digital solutions, developing on-brand conceptual ideas that meet commercial and customer needs. A strategic and creative approach is necessary to bring innovative ideas to life across stores in Europe and online.
The Shopping Experience Manager will work closely with Central Operations, Store Operations, Property & Store Design, Ecommerce, Creative Services, External Store Design Agency, TJX Global brands, Marketing, and CR to build strong relationships that facilitate and enhance project outcomes.
