Job description

Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Shopper Marketing Manager - Grocery to be based in London, UK.

The Shopper Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering the Perfect Store across the Off Premise customer base, ensuring Red Bull looks like #1 in store. Our aim is to increase sales and market share by accelerating availability and placing Red Bull in the maximum danger of being sold. This involves working with the Off Premise Sales Team to identify opportunities and collaborating with our Operations team to provide the right chilled and/or ambient equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Increasing ambient and chilled product availability.
  2. Driving the Perfect Store by prioritizing chillers and Point of Sale solutions for our customers.
  3. Tracking, collating, and forecasting budgets in collaboration with the National Account, Net Revenue, and Commercial Finance teams.
  4. Keeping the Off Premise and Customers informed about tools and creative solutions for in-store execution of ambient and chilled equipment.
  5. Producing compelling sell-in decks for account teams such as Morrisons and Asda.
  6. Sourcing and activating the right equipment and setting annual POS targets per customer.
  7. Project managing large-scale rollouts in national accounts.
  8. Generating ideas and innovations for new in-store solutions.
  9. Collaborating with media teams to activate promotions and NPD.

Shopper Team involvement:

  • Participating actively in the Shopper Team and contributing to its mission of engaging shoppers and inspiring retailers.
  • Supporting the yearly brand and shopper execution planning cycle.
  • Attending customer meetings to bring Red Bull campaigns to life with innovation and differentiation.
  • Collaborating with other Shopper Marketing Managers to ensure shopper experience remains central to in-store activities.
