Shopper Marketing Manager Location: London – Hybrid Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits Lime Talent is proud to be partnering with a high-growth consumer goods business operating at the forefront of its category. With a strong market position in mainland Europe and ambitious expansion plans across the UK and other international markets, they are looking for a Shopper Marketing Manager to join their team in London. This is a pivotal role that will see you lead shopper and trade marketing activity across multiple markets, ensuring the brand comes to life in-store, online, and at B2B touchpoints. You’ll work closely with international HQ, local sales teams, and distribution partners to create impactful campaigns that drive visibility and sales, while ensuring alignment with global brand strategy. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead annual shopper & trade marketing planning across key international markets, with a primary focus on the UK.
  • Develop and execute shopper marketing activations to increase brand visibility and sell-out, with Tesco and Sainsbury’s as the two largest UK retail partners.
  • Own and track budgets, KPIs, and campaign performance to ensure high ROI.
  • Deliver high-quality POS and promotional materials, working closely with creative teams and agencies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute shopper and trade marketing expertise to go-to-market plans for new market launches.
  • Support sales teams and partners with B2B materials, retailer events, and trade shows.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in shopper or trade marketing, ideally in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Proven track record in shopper marketing, preferably within international markets.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to deliver in fast-paced, multi-market environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
