Are you passionate about marketing, events, and creating unforgettable shopper experiences? We're looking for a dynamic and energetic Shopper Marketing Executive to join our marketing team and make a significant impact on brand growth and commercial success!

As the Shopper Marketing Executive, you will be the driving force behind shopper, trade, and experiential events marketing, responsible for executing exciting campaigns that engage both customers. You'll be at the heart of our brand's UK presence, working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to bring bold, innovative marketing strategies to life.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and execute shopper and trade marketing activities across retail channels - from multiples to independent stores.
  • Create and implement impactful experiential and events marketing campaigns that delight shoppers and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with commercial goals.
  • Develop eye‑catching online and in‑store brand materials, from trade presenters to product collaterals.
  • Manage the shopper/trade budget, ensuring tracking and reconciliation are spot on.
  • Analyze performance and provide valuable insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
  • Be a key liaison between the Marketing team, Sales team, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of strategies.
What We're Looking For:
  • Ideally a degree in Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management and building strong relationships in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a knack for influencing and presenting ideas clearly.
  • A passion for food, with an understanding of shopper behaviours and trends, especially in the world foods category.
  • A self‑starter with the energy to manage multiple projects at once and thrive under tight deadlines.
  • A full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel and work outside of standard hours when necessary.
