In this role, you will manage shopper marketing activities, delivering impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG or consumer goods, strong organizational skills, and a full UK driving license. This position offers the chance to work closely with various teams to enhance brand presence and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Experienced in shopper, trade, or brand activation within FMCG or a similar consumer goods environment.
• Confident communicator with strong project management and presentation skills.
• Highly organised and proactive, managing multiple projects to tight deadlines.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the execution of shopper and trade marketing campaigns across multiple retail channels.
• Plan and deliver experiential and events marketing initiatives aligned with commercial goals and brand strategy.
• Manage shopper/trade budgets, track performance, and report on activity effectiveness and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to ensure seamless delivery of all activations.
• Support product rollouts and key marketing campaigns across the wider portfolio.

We're on the lookout for a proactive and creative Trade Marketing Executive to join a leading Food & Beverage business with a strong presence across UK grocery and growing!

In this varied and fast‑paced role, you'll take ownership of shopper, trade, and experiential marketing activities — bringing products to life in‑store and online, strengthening brand visibility, and driving commercial performance.

Working closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, and external agencies, you'll deliver best‑in‑class activation plans that delight shoppers and build customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the execution of shopper and trade marketing campaigns across multiple retail channels.
• Plan and deliver experiential and events marketing initiatives aligned with commercial goals and brand strategy.

• Build relationships with community partners and cultural organisations to strengthen brand connection and engagement.

About You

• Experienced in shopper, trade, or brand activation within FMCG or a similar consumer goods environment.
• A confident communicator with strong project management and presentation skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
• Experience working with independent retail/wholesale advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence required.
