What to expect: Awaiting you is a great roster of food and drink brands, innovative & creative shopper briefs and a supportive, inclusive team in an environmentally-conscious workplace.As Shopper Activation Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping us further establish and grow our shopper marketing service. You’ll bring hands-on experience from the FMCG world, a strong understanding of UK retailers, and a passion for driving brand visibility and conversion along the path to purchase.

Working closely with the Managing Partner and wider integrated team, you’ll lead shopper campaigns end-to-end – from ideation and planning through to execution and evaluation. You’ll also be a key voice in shaping our shopper proposition, contributing to new business, and helping to further elevate our credentials and experience in this space.

Salary: Up to £45k depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Delivery: Plan, manage and execute shopper marketing campaigns for food and drink brands across UK grocery, convenience, and wholesale channels.
  • Retailer Expertise: Develop tailored activation plans aligned to retailer strategies and guidelines.
  • Creative Briefing: Work with internal creative and client teams to bring shopper concepts to life – from in-store POS to digital retail media and experiential.
  • Client Management: Be a trusted point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service.
  • Insight & Planning: Use shopper insights, behavioural data, and retailer knowledge to inform strategy and creative thinking.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Track campaign performance and provide meaningful evaluation and learnings.
  • New Business: Support in building our shopper marketing credentials – contributing to proposals, pitches, case studies, and agency marketing.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside PR, content, digital, and strategy teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive awareness through to purchase.
  • Growth & Development: Help define and refine our shopper marketing offer, staying on top of industry trends and bringing fresh thinking to the table.

Requirements:

·Approximately 5 years of hands-on experience in a shopper marketing role within FMCG (either client-side or agency-side).

·Proven track record of delivering successful shopper campaigns in the UK grocery/retail environment.

·Deep understanding of retailer landscapes, customer journeys, and shopper behaviour.

·Commercially minded, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.

·Creative and strategic thinker who’s also happy rolling up sleeves to get things done.

·Confident communicator and relationship builder with both clients and internal teams.

·Passionate about food and drink, and excited to be part of a growing, specialist agency.
