Job summary

Confidential is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shopper Marketing Assistant to support activation plans across leading consumer brands. Based in Bracknell, Berkshire (Onsite 4 days per week), this 12-month contract offers exposure to shopper marketing, sales, eCommerce, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Experience in marketing, retail, FMCG, sales support, or similar coordination is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the Shopper Channel Calendar for activations.
• Assist with campaign development, execution and post-campaign analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams and retail partners to deliver initiatives.
• Coordinate with external vendors on in-store and online activation plans.
• Manage marketing assets and distribute materials to retailers and stakeholders.
• Conduct in-store competitor and category research to identify trends.
• Prepare and analyse reports using internal and external data sources.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Shopper Marketing team.
• Manage end-to-end purchase order process including creation, tracking, confirmation, and reconciliation.
