Job summary

Thrivin is seeking an experienced freelance Shopify Web Designer to lead a full redesign of the Thrivin website, taking ownership from initial concepts through to polished, development-ready designs and a cohesive brand direction.

Following the redesign, you’ll work on project-based pages for new drops, campaigns and launches, balancing premium storytelling with UX and CRO to deliver a high-converting, mobile-first ecommerce experience for a multi-market audience.

Qualifications

• Portfolio in activewear or fashion ecommerce.
• Experience with multi-market Shopify stores.
• Strong conversion-focused design and UX knowledge.
• Ability to work remotely and manage projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full redesign of the Thrivin Shopify website from concepts to development-ready designs.
• Shape the overall look, feel and structure of the online store for a premium customer experience.
• Design with conversion and mobile-first UX at the forefront.
• Create engaging product, collection and content experiences showcasing Thrivin.
• Provide ongoing design support for launches, campaigns and trading moments.
• Design for multi-market Shopify setup (EU, UK, US).
• Collaborate with founders, ecommerce and creative teams to translate objectives into designs.
• Work with developers to ensure practical, scalable, and accurate execution.
• Bring ideas to elevate Thrivin's digital experience as the brand grows.
