Job summary

Thrivin, a fast-growing digitally native activewear brand, is seeking an experienced freelance Shopify Web Designer to lead a full website redesign and establish a premium, high-converting ecommerce experience.

You'll work with founders and creative teams to shape the store across EU/UK/US, and then continue designing high-impact landing pages for drops and campaigns on a project basis. This remote freelance role offers ongoing collaboration as the brand scales.

Qualifications

• Strong Shopify design experience.
• Portfolio in activewear, fashion or fast-growing DTC brands.
• Excellent ecommerce UX, CRO and mobile-first design.
• A premium, modern, commercially effective digital design sensibility.
• Experience designing high-converting landing pages for drops/campaigns.
• Ability to work for international multi-market ecommerce.
• Independent project management with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full redesign of the Thrivin Shopify website from concept to development-ready designs.
• Shape the look, feel and structure for a cohesive premium customer experience.
• Design with conversion and mobile-first UX as a priority.
• Create product, collection and content experiences showcasing the brand.
• Provide ongoing, project-based design support for launches and campaigns.
• Design for multi-market Shopify setup across EU, UK and US.
• Collaborate with founders and teams to translate objectives into digital experiences.
• Work with developers to ensure feasible, scalable designs.
• Bring ideas to elevate Thrivin’s digital experience as it grows.
