Job summary

Nadine Merabi Limited is seeking an E-commerce Executive for the Digital Team in Manchester. You will manage Shopify across five regional sites, ensuring product data, pricing and content are accurate while coordinating launches and promotions.

The role blends hands-on site updates with admin and trading tasks to keep the ecommerce engine performing. Ideal candidates will have 1+ year Shopify experience, strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, with a passion for fashion

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience using Shopify in a day-to-day ecommerce role.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot issues quickly.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable with admin tasks and keeping teams and data tidy.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets (filters, lookups, large data sets).
• Clear, friendly communicator across multiple teams and partners.
• Interest in fashion, luxury or premium brands and a good eye for on-site visuals.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shopify and site health across regional sites, including product data, pricing and imagery.
• Create and merchandise collections; ensure navigation and search work well.
• Update content via Shopify theme editor; run site QA across markets.
• Set up discount codes, promotions and gift cards for campaigns.
• Prepare arrivals and campaigns; coordinate with CRm/Marketing for consistency.
• Maintain trackers, calendars and admin; log and chase external partners.
• Produce trading insights from GA4 and site data to improve conversion.
