Pay & Hours

Rate of £12.71 per hour for 30 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Sunday. We offer flexible working hours to accommodate your needs.

Job Role

As a Supervisor, you will work alongside our team preparing fresh ingredients and food products, providing excellent customer service, and selling high-quality food. You will be trained to Wenzel’s standards and have opportunities for progression.

You will assist the Shop Manager with daily operations, supervise the team, increase sales, control costs, and develop the shop team to build a loyal customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create an inviting experience
• Receive and check daily deliveries
• Manage stock and produce
• Ensure product knowledge and quality standards
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
• Work efficiently within a team
• Handle cash and operate tills
• Open/close the shop as required
• Run shifts at various times
• Drive sales and minimize wastage
• Previous supervisory experience in retail or customer service required; food production experience advantageous but not essential
