S&PB Retail Ltd has over 120 shops (Sayers and Poundbakery) across the North West, North Wales, Yorkshire, and Midlands, with plans for further expansion!

We offer our customers a fast-paced service in high street locations, providing great tasting, quality products including sandwiches, savouries, and cakes at excellent value prices.

We are seeking a Shop Supervisor to join our team.

As a Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
  1. Managing daily shop operations.
  2. Driving sales growth.
  3. Training, developing, and motivating your team.
  4. Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
  5. Collaborating with the Shop Manager to achieve objectives.

You should have a background in retail management, preferably within a food environment, though this is not essential. A strong work ethic and a proactive, "can-do" attitude are important.

Typical working hours:
