What we offer
Pay & Hours
Rate of £12.71 per hour, with a 39-hour workweek over 5 days, Monday to Sunday. We are open to flexible working hours to accommodate your needs.
Job Role
As a Supervisor, you will work alongside our team preparing fresh ingredients and producing sandwiches, baguettes, and other food items, while providing excellent customer service. You will be trained to Wenzel’s standards and have opportunities for progression.
You will assist the Shop Manager with daily operations, supervise the team, increase sales, control costs, and develop the shop team to build customer loyalty.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Previous supervisory experience in retail or customer service is required. Food production experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
