Pay & Hours

We offer our Shop Supervisors a rate of £12.71. The working week is 39 hours over 5 days, Monday to Sunday. We are open to discussing flexible working hours to accommodate your needs.

Job Role

As a Supervisor, you will work alongside our team preparing fresh ingredients and producing sandwiches, baguettes, and other food items, while providing excellent customer service. You will be trained to company standards and have opportunities for progression.

You will assist the Shop Manager in daily operations, supervise the team, increase sales, control costs, and develop the shop team to build a loyal customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create an inviting experience.
• Receive and check daily deliveries.
• Assist with stock and produce management.
• Maintain shop displays and ensure product knowledge.
• Prepare food according to specifications.
• Ensure food and produce quality control.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Work efficiently within a team.
• Handle cash and operate tills.
• Open or close the shop as required.
• Manage shifts at various times during the week.
• Drive sales and minimize wastage.

Previous supervisory experience in retail or customer service is required. Food production experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
