Pay & Hours:

We offer a rate of £12.71 per hour for our Shop Supervisors, with a minimum of 25 hours per week over five days, Monday to Sunday. We are open to discussing flexible working hours.

Job Role:

As a Supervisor, you'll work alongside our team preparing fresh ingredients and food products in line with our standards, providing excellent customer service, and selling high-quality food. You will be trained to our standards and have opportunities for progression.

Responsibilities include assisting the Shop Manager with daily operations, supervising the team, increasing sales, controlling costs, and developing staff to foster customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and create an inviting environment.
• Receive and check daily deliveries.
• Manage stock and produce.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Work efficiently within a team.
• Handle cash and operate the till.
• Open or close the shop as required.
• Manage shifts at various times.
• Drive sales and minimize wastage.
• Previous supervisory experience in retail or customer service is required.
• Experience in food production is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
