Pay & Hours

£12.71 per hour for 20 hours/week over 5 days, Monday to Sunday. Flexible hours available.

Role and Responsibilities

Assist the Shop Manager in daily operations, supervise team, ensure sales growth, control costs, and deliver profit. Responsibilities include customer greeting, stock management, food preparation, hygiene standards, cash handling, shift management, and driving sales.

Requirements

Previous supervisory experience in retail or customer service. Food production experience is a plus but not essential, as training will be provided.
