We are seeking a dedicated Shop Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing daily shop operations.
2. Driving sales growth.
3. Training, developing, and motivating your team.
4. Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
5. Collaborating with the Shop Manager to achieve business goals.

Ideal candidates will have a background in retail management and experience in a food environment, though this is not essential. A strong work ethic and a proactive, "can do" attitude are required.
