We are currently seeking a Shop Supervisor to join our team.

As a Shop Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing daily shop operations.
2. Driving sales growth.
3. Training, developing, and motivating your team.
4. Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
5. Collaborating with the Shop Manager to achieve these goals.

Applicants should have a background in retail management and preferably experience in a food environment, though this is not essential. A strong work ethic and a proactive "can do" attitude are essential.
