Pay & Hours

We offer a rate of £12.71 per hour for our Shop Supervisors. The working week is 39 hours over 5 days, Monday to Sunday. We are open to discussing flexible working hours to accommodate your needs.

Job Role

As a Supervisor, you will work alongside our team preparing fresh ingredients and food products, providing excellent customer service, and selling high-quality food. You will be trained to our standards and have opportunities for progression.

You will assist the Shop Manager in daily operations, supervise staff, increase sales, control costs, and develop the team to build customer loyalty.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet customers and create an inviting environment.
  • Receive and check deliveries.
  • Manage stock and produce.
  • Know and understand our products.
  • Prepare food according to specifications.
  • Ensure quality control of food and produce.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
  • Work efficiently within a team.
  • Handle cash and operate tills.
  • Open or close the shop as needed.
  • Run shifts at various times.
  • Drive sales and minimize wastage.
  • Previous supervisory experience in retail or customer service is required.
  • Experience in food production is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
