Job summary

Age UK is recruiting a Shop Supervisor for their Eastleigh shop. You will deputise for managers, support sales, displays and stock handling, and ensure a high standard of customer service. The role is 14 hours across a 7-day rota, including weekends, with opportunities to contribute to shop success and community impact.

The successful candidate will represent Age UK professionally, promote our values and support day-to-day shop operations while delivering an excellent shopping experience.

We are recruiting for aShop Supervisorto deliver an excellent retail service, ensuring that every customer has a great shopping experience. As a valued member of the Age UK team,you will contribute towards maximising shop sales and profits as well as the successful day to day running of the shop, deputising for the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager in their absence.

The successful candidate will support with sales, stock rotation, organising displays, shop tidying and much more, whilst representing Age UK in a professional manner and reflecting our core values.

Please note this opportunity will require the successful candidate to work14hours across a 7-day working week, including Saturdays and Sundays on a rota basis.

To ensure the smooth running of our stores, we will be conducting interviews throughout the advertising process. Early applications are advised.

• Experience in working in a customer facing role (A, I)

Any other details

On occasion there may be a requirement for a flexible approach, working additional days to cover holidays and sickness or to participate in trading outside of normal shop hours e.g. shop events.
