Shop Supervisor - Part Time

22.5 hours per week / part-time / £12.71 per hour

S&PB Retail Ltd has over 120 shops (Sayers and Poundbakery) across the North West, North Wales, Yorkshire, and Midlands, with plans for further expansion!

We offer our customers fast-paced service with high-quality products including sandwiches, savouries, and cakes at excellent value prices.

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing daily shop operations
• Driving sales growth
• Training, developing, and motivating your team
• Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance
• Collaborating with the Shop Manager to achieve business goals

Candidate Requirements:

Experience in retail management and ideally in a food environment is preferred but not essential. A strong work ethic and a proactive, "can do" attitude are essential.
