Job Opportunity: Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a Shop Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing daily shop operations.
2. Driving sales growth.
3. Training, developing, and motivating your team.
4. Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
5. Collaborating with the Shop Manager to achieve objectives.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should have a background in retail management; experience in a food environment is advantageous but not essential. A strong work ethic and a proactive "can do" attitude are important.
