S&PB Retail Ltd has over 120 shops, including Sayers and Poundbakery, across the North West, North Wales, Yorkshire, and Midlands, with plans for further expansion.

We offer a fast-paced service in high street locations, providing quality products such as sandwiches, savouries, and cakes at excellent prices.

We are seeking a Shop Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day shop operations.
• Driving sales growth.
• Training, developing, and motivating your team.
• Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
• Collaborating with the Shop Manager to achieve goals.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience in retail management is preferred; food environment experience is a plus but not essential. Candidates should have a strong work ethic and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
