Pay & Hours:

We offer a rate of £12.71 per hour for a 39-hour workweek over 5 days, Monday to Sunday. We are open to discussing flexible working hours to suit your needs.

Job Role:

As a Supervisor, you will work alongside our team preparing fresh ingredients and food products, ensuring quality standards, providing excellent customer service, and selling high-quality food. You will be trained to our standards and have opportunities for advancement.

You will assist the Shop Manager in daily operations, supervising staff, increasing sales, controlling costs, and building customer loyalty.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers and create an inviting atmosphere.
• Check and receive daily deliveries.
• Manage stock and produce.
• Maintain product knowledge and quality standards.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Work efficiently with the team.
• Handle cash and operate tills.
• Open or close the shop as needed.
• Manage shifts at various times.
• Drive sales and minimize wastage.
• Previous supervisory experience in retail or customer service is required.
• Experience in food production is advantageous but not essential; training provided.
