A charitable retail organization in Pennington is seeking a Shop Supervisor to assist the Shop Manager in running the Lymington shop. The role requires retail experience, strong customer service skills, and team leadership capabilities. Sue Ryder Charity Shop, 49 High Street, Lymington, SO41 9AG. 22.5 hours per week over 7 days - 3 x 7.5 Sun/Mon/Tues. £12.36 per hour + rewards & Benefits.

We have a much-loved presence on high streets across the country - with a range of innovative shops, including boutiques, vintage and retro shops, and large format stores. As a member of the retail team, you’ll be helping us inspire communities to provide more care for more people through innovating and collaborating on ways to reduce, reuse and recycle.
Do you have retail experience with excellent customer service skills? Would you love to use your retail knowledge and experience for an important cause? If so, come and assist and support our Shop Manager to run our Lymington shop and contribute to the work we do across Sue Ryder!
As our new Shop Supervisor, you will have retail experience with the commercial awareness to deliver sales. You’ll have a positive attitude and good judgement to do the right thing. You will have proven team leadership skills and the ability to help lead a large team of volunteers.
