We are currently looking for a Shop Supervisor to join the Birley Bakery team.

The responsibilities of our Shop Supervisor include:

• Assisting the Shop Manager to maximize sales and service levels within the shop
• Maintaining cash handling procedures and ensuring the security of monies held on site
• Leading by example to ensure high standards of customer service are practiced and maintained by all staff

The required experience and qualifications are:

• Previous experience in retail or hospitality environment
• Experience supervising a team
• A friendly, approachable attitude

Working hours:

• The shop is open 7 days a week from Monday to Sunday, 6am to 8pm
• 9-hour shifts on a rota basis, 5 days out of 7
