We are looking for an enthusiastic, individual with a passion for customer service to fulfil our Supervisor role at our on-campus shop.
This is a fixed term position ending on 31st May 2026, with the possibility of renewal.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of shop staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer issues as needed.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies or stock as necessary.
- Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and cleanliness of the shop.
- Monitor sales, prepare reports, and assist with budgeting and cost control.
- Collaborate with management to implement shop policies and procedures.
- Undertake additional duties as required within the department.
Person Requirements
- Experience in a retail or workshop environment, with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting.
- Proficiency with POS systems and standard office software.
Full-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 10 months
Pay: £15.11 per hour
Expected hours: 33 per week
