SHOP SUPERVISOR / SALES SUPERVISOR

Our client, Jai Rajal Ltd T/a Weymoor Post Office, located at 297 Northfield Road, Harborne, Birmingham, B17 0TG, is a retail establishment offering a diverse range of products and services. We are seeking a Shop Supervisor / Sales Supervisor to oversee all store activities in an organized and professional manner to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, security, and protection of merchandise. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and order on the sales floor and production areas, among other duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate activities of sales and related workers in retail and wholesale settings.
2. Handle inventory control and resolve customer complaints.
3. Analyse sales trends and implement strategies to increase revenue.
4. Facilitate communication between sales staff and upper management to meet business objectives.
