We are now looking for a Shop Manager to join our team at our Warrington Poundbakery shop.

Responsibilities:

• Managing day to day shop operations.
• Driving sales growth.
• Training, developing and motivating your team.
• Hygiene and food safety compliance.

You will need to have a background in retail management and ideally have worked within a food environment. You will have a strong work ethic and a hands on “can do” mentality.
